Mitchell Group (RPM Realty Services, Inc.) was founded in 1993 by the principals of Riley Pearlman Mitchell Company as a boutique retail real estate company focused on single tenant build-to-suit and neighborhood shopping centers. Since then, they have expanded to full service brokerage, developer, asset mangager and investment company.
